Five years ago, I made the leap from the traditional classroom to corporate learning - and I haven’t looked back since.

Today I design learning experiences that change how people actually work. As a Senior Instructional Designer in the hospitality industry, I’ve built programs across leadership development, onboarding, compliance, and operational training - always with an eye on both the learner and the business outcome. I care just as much about the needs analysis and the design rationale as I do about the finished product, because that’s where the real thinking happens.

I hold dual master’s degrees - an MA in Adult Education from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and an M.Ed. in Instructional Design & Technology from Bowling Green State University - giving me both the theoretical foundation and the practical toolkit to design learning that actually works for adult learners.
